HAS THE DIAM CASE DONE ANY TESTING?

Yes the Diam has gone through testing to be what it as become! We have dropped it from 3 feet, 5 feet, 10 feet, 15 feet, and 25 feet with a iPhone in it and we have experience 0 problems each time! Scratches on the case did pop up once we started throwing it further than 10 feet but the phone stayed protected with 0 damages and 0 cracks on the screen or the case.

HOW DURABLE IS THE SPYX?

The Diam case is durable. So durable that if you were infront of us, we would take your phone and put it into a Diam case and then throw your phone right infront of you. We trust this case in any scenario no matter the stress you put under it because we put quality and durability first every time.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE OR IF IT'S NOT WHAT I LIKE?

If for some reason your order doesn't arrive then please contact us ASAP at info@DiamCase.com so we can get you a new order or see what has happened to your case. We provide every order with a tracking number so you can stay updated everyday.

If you don't like your Diam  then please send us an email within 14 days of your delivery and we will give you a full refund or a replacement!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are happy to give you a full replacement or refund for any order that arrived damaged, breaks within 30 days, defective manufacturing, no delivery, or if you simply don't like it after 14 days from the delivery date. Just send us an email to info@SpyxCase.com

ARE THESE SOLD IN STORES?

Unfortunately we do not currently sell any Diam Case in-store. All purchases are made through our online store at www.DiamCase.com

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
